 I would recommend this app. It is "Hel2um".
The reading for this is helium-2. It makes Twitter life richer and more comfortable. This is a simple design with a variety of useful features. Let me show you an example of one of them.

• Fast scrolling
• Simultaneous posting for multiple accounts
• Lots of gesture functions
  (Double-tap the icon to reply. Long press on the left of a tweet to retweet, etc.)
• Freely create tabs for individual users, lists, search terms. etc.

Lots of features, but you can change or turn off features you don't use. If you're wanting to save time tweeting, or just like to change settings, I'd recommend it!
